Q: How do I generate an AI summary?
A: Open any note in Preview mode and tap the sparkles (✨) button in the navigation bar. Your summary will be generated in a few seconds.
Q: Where are my notes stored?
A: Your notes are stored as standard Markdown (.md) files in the folder you select in the Files app. They sync via iCloud Drive to all your devices.
Q: Does the app require internet connectivity?
A: No, all AI processing happens on-device. You can use all features completely offline. Internet is only needed for iCloud sync.
Q: What AI model does the app use?
A: Tensai Notes uses Qwen 2.5 3B, a state-of-the-art language model optimized for on-device use with excellent multilingual support.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Tensai Notes app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. App Description
The App is a Markdown note-taking application with on-device AI capabilities designed to help users create, manage, and understand their notes. It is intended for personal and educational purposes.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by the developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries and is not responsible for any decisions made based on the App's output.
6. Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
7. Privacy
The App processes all AI features on-device. Notes are stored in your iCloud Drive folder. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details.
8. Purchases and refunds
Subscription Purchases:
Subscriptions (AI Monthly at $2.49/month) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
One-time Purchases:
One-time purchases (AI Lifetime, Ad-Free Only, Pro Bundle) are non-consumable and apply to all your devices via iCloud sync.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for purchases are subject to Apple's policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support through your purchase history. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the current period.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Tensai Notes is designed to protect your privacy. We collect minimal information necessary to provide and improve our services:
- Usage analytics: We collect anonymous usage data through Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app and improve performance.
- Advertising data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may collect device and usage information for personalized ads.
- Purchase information: Apple handles all purchase transactions. We only receive confirmation of successful purchases to unlock features.
2. Information We DO NOT Collect
- Note content: All notes and AI processing remain on your device. We never access or transmit your note content.
- Personal information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
- Location data: We do not access or collect your location information.
- Contacts or photos: We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal data on your device.
3. How We Use Information
- App improvement: Analytics help us identify bugs, optimize performance, and understand feature usage.
- Personalized advertising: AdMob uses device information to show relevant advertisements (you can opt out in iOS Settings).
- Feature access: Purchase confirmations unlock Premium features and remove ads.
4. Third-Party Services

- Premium subscription: Subscribe to remove advertisements entirely
- Folder location: You control where notes are stored via Files app folder selection
7. Children's Privacy
Our app is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us to have it removed.
8. International Users
This app is available worldwide. Data processing may occur in the United States where our service providers operate. By using the app, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
